REGSITRATION CLOSES ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6

The All Parish Retreat is happening on Saturday, November 14 from 10:00am-7:00pm. We will gather at Tumácacori National Historical Park. This retreat is for all ages.

During the day, we'll pray together, relax, rest in nature, and have opportunities for art, journaling, reading, touring, hiking, and more.

Junior & Senior Youth Overnight
Fr Alex, Mtr Beth, and Christopher Bentley will chaperone an overnight stay at the church. All Junior and Senior Youth are invited to join! We will have a campfire, food, s'mores, activities, and some spiritual reflection time. On Sunday morning, Mtr Beth & Fr Alex will celebrate Mass with the overnight youth, and drive them back to St Philip's to be picked up by parents. Specific information will be directly communicated about drop off time.

The cost for this event is per person and covers the park registration fee, and meals for the day. Costs can be seen, and paid, below.

Schedule
9:00 AM: Volunteers arrive for set up, Senior Youth gather at our meeting place in Tubac.
10:00: General arrival and welcome, morning retreat activities, light breakfast fare
11:30 AM: Senior Youth arrive from their hike
12:00 PM: Noonday Prayer, activities and fellowship
12:15 PM: Lunch
Afternoon: Activities and fellowship
3:45 PM: Evening Prayer, activities and fellowship
5:05 PM: Holy Eucharist 
6:00 PM: Light dinner, clean-up and departure

This section is for parents registering their children & youth. Children aged 5 and under attend for free, but should be registered.

Please note, we recognize families may have different schedules. Even if the youth cannot come for some of the All Parish Retreat day, they may still attend the overnight.
