Each person may submit two works 16" x 20" or larger OR 4 smaller works. Enter the measurements of your artwork(s) below.

* The artist agrees to deliver and pick up artwork at the scheduled times.

* The artist will make arrangements directly with the purchaser for payment and pick up or delivery.

* A commission of 20% for sold work will be paid to Saint Philip's In the Hills on all sales at the Murphey Art Gallery.

* The artist affirms that the submitted work is their original work.

* The artist hereby releases the Murphey Art Gallery and Saint Philip's In the Hills Episcopal Church from all claims occasioned by damage or loss of the artwork while on exhibit.
