Each person may submit one piece of art, maximum horizontal 24" x vertical 36" (not including the frame) or two smaller works that--together--do not exceed measurements above. Enter the measurements of your artwork(s) below.

* The artist agrees to ensure delivery via UPS or Federal Express by 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

* The artist will make arrangements directly with the purchaser for payment and pick up or delivery.

* A commission of 30% for sold work will be paid to Arizona Episcopal Relief Fund.

* The artist affirms that the submitted work is their original work.

* The artist hereby releases the Murphey Art Gallery and Saint Philip's in the Hills Episcopal Church from all claims occasioned by damage or loss of the artwork while on exhibit.
